Please watch it, it totally cracked me up. At least it made me happy for my Christmas eve dinner. Oh well, it’s Christmas in Singapore time…. So Merry Christmas folks! I cannot wait to be home!

No more poison killing my emotion.

I felt a lot after reading my friend’s message. It affected me so much, made me real depressed and frustrated. How can anyone get this off????! I wanna give him a good bitch slap if i can. Blahh………. Maybe it’s just one of my 101 mood swings and I’m just finding something/someone to blame.

I cannot continue writing my report, and I don’t wanna watch tv or talk to anyone. I need a good book, a mug of hot chocolate and a big warm hug……. And I’m trying very hard to make myself excited for tomorrow’s (Christmas Eve) dinner on a cruise in the Nile River. Yeah, dinner on a cruise in the Nile River on such a significant day sounds real good ain’t it? But without the right people, it’s nothing close to awesome.

Egypt #1

Since I have time to kill, I should update my life here in Cairo. Hmmmm….. We reached Cairo International Airport on 13th December 2009 at probably 8am, and the moment we walked out of the plane, we were treated like VIPs. We were greeted by someone holding a signage with our names on it, then we followed him and he led us to a huge buggy. So basically, we zoomed our way around the airport on the buggy! Hahahaha and we didn’t have to queue for the custom checks, we went through the VIPs entrance and I swear everyone was staring. That’s one awesome experience!

My aunt and her driver came to pick us up and we zoomed to her apartment which looks like a freaking hotel suite with 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 3 toilets and 1 balcony. After dumping all our luggage and some rest, we went grocery shopping in Carrefore. Yes, Egypt has Carrefore and its their most favourite supermarket like how Tesco was to me in Ireland (ahhhh how I miss Tesco!). And the highlight of the day was……… Me picking up 20 Egyptian Pound (SGD5) on the floor while walking out of the mall to the car! Hahahahahaha my aunt said its REALLY rare for people to pick up money in Egypt, so 20 E.pound is a huge deal!

After grocery shopping, we went to Mirage Country Club to pick up my uncle and there we went camwhoring with the skyline of Cairo followed by Korean dinner to end off my first day!

Middle-East, here I come!

Cairo in approximately 20 hours time, my flight is at 10ish and the journey is about 13 hours. I dread long flights… Oh well, catch you in 2 weeks time!

If people die the moment they graduate, then surely it’s the things we do beforehand that count.

Please go watch it, it’s really good. Anyway I’ve been real lazy and busy lately, I don’t have time to blog nor pack for my Cairo trip. I’m leaving tomorrow night, and I’ll be gone for 2 weeks. Back to cold temperature, yay! On a random note, I went back to school yesterday and all the drama reminded me that I’m back to lame-o shit. ZZZ

first day of school and im totally dreading it. it feels awfully weird to return after a good 3 months, going back to the same buildings but with unfamiliar faces. school simply means the start of a vicious cycle, the whole ‘omg i hate school’, projects and whatnots… i’m not looking forward to any of it. well and i’ve just realised that i’ve yet to configure my wireless settings for my macbook, this simply shows how long i’ve not been in school. i feel like a freshie, like a fish out of water.

the only reason why im school so early in the morning is because of the OSIP shit…… fun is over, time to crash back to reality. ughh and vmay (the love of my love HEEHEE) is lateeeeeee!

I’m hungry & I can’t sleep.

Time check – 2.46am in Singapore and 6.46pm in Ireland. Omg I’m so damn awake now! I’m having such a difficult time trying to adjust my body clock back. Anyway despite the bad weather and jetlag, it feels really good to be back, to seeing familiar faces and places. I got my well deserved sleep this afternoon (which is NIGHT in Ireland), and I’ve never felt so deeply asleep in the last 3 months!

Satisfied my ICC craving earlier with my all-time favourite Watermelony!!!!!!!! Anyway visiting the beach, and seeing Asians reminded me of who and where I am. All the buildings, the people, the place, the feeling and everything else… remained the same, and I am very, very, VERY relieved. I hate Changes.

Lunch with the mother and sister tomorrow afternoon, haircut after, Sushi Buffet (YUMZ) with Verena and IT show with the sister in the night. I feel so happy slipping into my usual normal Singapore routine.

OH and Ryan reminded me that I have a 10km run to complete next Sunday, and uhhh when’s the last time I ran? I cannot remember…….. Shoot me!
